[Resolved]  SaNDS LAB — Internet Disconnection

We are taking this Opportunity to introduce ourself. We are SaNDS LAB Security Solution Provider at Thrissur InfoPark, Koratty.
Our Phone connection is from Koratty Exchange which is under Irinjalakuda Exchange, all under Thrissur Main Exchange. And Our Phone number is[protected]. Our connection is a Corporate Business Plan. Our Internet connection is being disconnected from many days. For the same, first we contacted Koratty Exchange, they checked the connection Problem. Then also no Internet Access. After Two days, because of our continues complaint, what they said is we didn't pay 7-4-2010 telephone bill. Then we contacted directly to Thrissur. But we got the same reply. We checked all our documents.
Sir, we have paid the amount for the month of April on[protected]. We have the proof for the same .Another matter is that while we made the payment, their computer was not working and so they gave hand written receipt. And the amount paid was around Rs.6500/-.
Now they are telling, we didn’t pay the amount. That also after a long time. Still, we paid the amount.
Two days gone. Still now, we are not able to Access Internet. Again we called them. No reply from their side.
Sir, All our clients are complaining and shouting as we are not able to give online support. We are not able to contact our clients. Because of this we are facing big business loss.
Another New information which we got from Thrissur Exchange is that if there is any due, which will be showed in the next bill. Till now we didn’t receive any Bill with Due Information. And they also said that because of corporate connection it will take 3 to 4 business days to rectify the problem. We really surprised that how a business connection will take 3 to 4 days to rectify the problem. We really felt bad with the service BSNL is providing. Such a great service.

Please rectify the problem and make sure that our connection will get activated as early as possible
This is not the right way to handle the clients. Please do the needful.
