[Resolved]  Sands Shopping Hub — CHEATING, NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

Sir,

I have been pestered over my mobile for three weeks to buy some products online for an amount of Rs.5999/- They started the process from June 22nd 2011. I told them several times but finally I fall prey for their business tactics and made the payment on 14/07/2011 they said I would receive my products on 21st day. Tried to contact them over phone([protected]), but there is no answer. The only way I thought to get my products/money is through consumer forum.

The persons name are Mahesh Sharma, Ashish Kapoor, & finally Rohan Saxena. They didn't leave till I made the payment and now I doubt whether I am going to get the products/money because of the situation I am facing.

sir, Rrceived phone call from ur company reg to make sales o[censored]r product with some offer,they gave me falls promise took rs.5,000(1000+4000),after that they took money from my account rs.6,999 towards ECOM: 00003335 SANDS INFO SYTEM-PAYTM SBIPG IN : on 25-july 2014 & then on last friday ur company once again cheted me without any information to me they took rs. 23,000,also i never told the atm pin no,but they took amount,i request u to refund my amount rs.35,000 immediately to avoind further acction againt this type malpractice,pls arrange to refund my to my account,if delayed i will contact the reporter of TIMES INDIA,MADURAI OFFICE TO PUBLISH THIS MATTER,SO EVERY THING LEFT TO U,ALSO THE TIMES OF INDIA IS WALKABLE DISTANCE ONLY,SO EXPECTING AMOUNT BEFORE 3.30PM TO-DAY. Sandsshoppinghub is a no 1 cheater fraud site.i hv already paid 58000 rs, but still nt recieved any product.whenever i call the helplline no they always told me they had dispatch the products.but i hv nt rec any product.mr gautam sharma & mr mohan gupta both r top cheater in dat company.so never shop with them.m gng to consumer court to file the case against them.

NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Dear Sir,

Last month on November 17th 2012 I received a Phone Call from Mr. Sandip Singh of Sands Shopping Pvt Ltd. telling that there is a Combo Offer of 4 products (Philips Induction, 14 pcs non stick cookware set, Mens Kit, 2 Night 3 days Holiday Package for 4 Member) and also told that there is a lucky draw gift of 5 pcs 18 carat Gold Set... I had been told to pay Rs. 6999.00 for these items. I accepted their offer give the payment through SBI NEFT.. to their ICICI Account No.[protected] favouring SAND INFOSYSTEMS PVT LTD. vide NEFT No. SBINH[protected]. They issued me an order ID no. 18492721. Mr. Sandip Singh gave me the office cell No. [protected] and confirmed me that the products will definitely be transferred within 21 days.. Already 1 month crossed, I had contacted Mr. Sandip singh more than 3 times he just gave me assurance, but no fruitful result till today... On 17th December 2012 I called Sandip Singh, he received the call and told me he is calling me back, but he didn't call me back. I again tried calling him but every time he cut the call. I regularly purchase lots of products online and all products are received within 10 to 15 days... You guys must think about your service for better business future or else no one will think for further purchase from Sand Shopping. This is my request to you please look on the matter so that I could receive my products as soon as possible in good condition..

I ordered the products worth 6999/- on 29th Nov. I was promised dat i will receive my products within 21 days.But unfortunately I have not received the products. After follow up (this is really irritating to call sands hub, no one receives ur call, i was trying for the entire day). I droppped a msg on the mobile given to me by Mr. Malhotra. Then i received a call frm them. But after then i received many funny reasons as the products were not delivered.

two days back I received a small parcel from sands hub. It contained a Belt, Wallet, MP3 Player and sunglasses... which i never ordered. And the value of these products is not more than 2000/- When i called them (after so many attempts of calling) they answered me with a stupid answer... they told me to keep the products and use them... They will deliver my ordered products soon.

I have not received any products nor a Prize (a jewellaary set)... Planing to go to consumer court... I have the money transection details and the mail from sands hub mentioning the products and the prize... Any other option??

I received call from this people one year back or so at that time there mode of oprandi was bit simple they asked me for my credit/debit card detail to generate one time pass word (I don't know why this was most common with my SBI CARD) ultimately I got my debit card with SBI blocked still they continued calling me. Every time I told them I have surrendered my SBI Card finally the gave up!!!
But recently now with same number they are now telling me that I have been selecte top five persons out of two lac names what a great luck
only if it is true.They even gave me their website address but I goggled about there credibility and the rest is above this comment.
I am finally decided not to make any transaction/or buy from this teleshopping company!
Hi I have not been receiving any information on the orders I placed... these guys are real falthoos. standing on their delhi traits... I will be soon compalining them in cyber crime on online shopping fraud...no contact mail ... no address of this people. they have taught a lesson as they feel they can survey like this in india.
I had ordered a coffee maker from Sands Shopping Hub and it was delivered in time and I thought I actually availed it cheap. However, after two days o[censored]sage the machine developed some snag and ceased to work. I became very frustrated about the prospect of being cheated. I tried to contact anyone so that I could actually lodge a complaint but I was not able to reach any one. Sometimes, the number would come busy and other times it was not available. However, after 2-3 days I talked and lodged my complaint. The company was quick to realize that either the coffee maker had any manufacturing defect or it might have developed some problem during transportation. They assured that they will send me the replacement and they actually did. Since then, I have bought few items and I am absolutely satisfied with their service or price. It is just that they need to be a bit more accessible at times, this would help them to win customers who might have complains with them.
I had placed an order for a combo offer for Rs 8999/- and I actually made advance payment through my Credit Card. The confirmation message said that I will receive the products within fifteen days but after few days I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order. At first, I could not get through their customer care executive but after few trials I had the opportunity to talk to one. On hearing my problem he became little bit worried and took my number. After sometime, I got a call from someone named Mr. Gulati and he sounded annoyed at the prospect of order cancellation. However, after a little bit of reasoning out with him, Mr Gulati told me that he will see what can be done to my case. After two days I got a call from Mr. Gulati saying that since the order had been processed and the items were dispatched, so it was a little bit tough to retract the order but he told me that since I was company's valuable prospective client so my payments will be returned. I did not know what to do but I was pleased to see that the same amount has been credited in my account.
Sandsshoppinghub has always been one of my favorite online malls. Vast range of products, smooth order processing, welcoming after sales service with best price. The site offers great combo deals at incredibly low prices and the quality of products they offer is unquestionably good.
Hats off to the product delivery mechanism of Sandsshoppinghub. The product was ordered on 14th and was delivered on 16th, much before the expected delivery time and exactly as described on the portal. Business ethics at its best. Keep Up the good service.
