Dear sir / madam, I have purchased a mobile (Micromax q3) in sangeeta mobiles (Green lands), while purchasing the mobile merchant has told me that it is of zero percent intrest & there is no processing fee is charged and after purchasing they had added rs 550 /- as processing fee, when i called the customer care of hdfc they are telling that it is been debited by merchant (Sangeeta mobiles) and when i approached the merchant he is telling that it is been debited by hdfc only. i have autodebit amount in my a/c and i also requested to bank in last year dt 06/11/09but till bank has not do that nesscarry action,
so plz do the needfull this reagard
