Sansui / DVD Combo 14 Inch — complaints pending for one month

i bought combi tv last year and already lought complaints 3 times with in year for diff. resons...most of the time srivce is not satisfactory... march 6 --- compliant no misc 8c06002 for front pannel not working, remote and speakers also not working ..tay take around 20-25 days to change speakers and cleaning of front pannel..still remote has not change...thay r saying it is not in stock
its almost 40 days now and i m fed up with there srivce ...

Sansui Flat TV (Fm Included) — Not attended. complaint made on 22.9.08

I had made complaint with Call Center as well as with Service Station on 22.9.08. Service Center Vashi assuring daily that the technician will reach in the evening. No body attended the complaint. Result - TV is in Idle condition.

Dear sir,
I am Ravi Anantrao Mandlik, requesting you to pay the attention my complaint. I have the problem of my sansui TV model no ct20dp.
I had gone to the "Sharda electronics, AnandNagar, Nanded" for repairing. The appointed electrition named Bhinge, has breaked the kit so that it cant be reepaired but they were not co-operating me so that i went to "shiwani care centre, nanded", before 27 days, up to that my TV's warranty was not ended . There is person at care center named R.P.Gode ph.no. [protected] who has not co-operated me. they are avoiding me so i complained to zone officer "Ganesh Shinde". But he also has not taken any action on my complaint.
I am requesting you please pay attention towards my complaints . If you will also avoid me then I have to go to "Consumer Court " for my rights.

i had purchased sansui hard rock tv from shubham electronics D-29, KALPATARU STATION ROAD UMBERGAON 396165 DIST VALSAD GUJARAT TEL NO.[protected], 3290283 while on the tv went off the people from stores were complaint for the same & ordered them to look into the matter but instead replacing the product they are try to repairs the fault & give me defective item model no. CTVHARDROACK22-ISX bearing serial no..[protected].

i want the item to be replaced as i thing the item is defective & the warranty period on last stage where there is less time for replacementr after repairs done & handed defective item.

Sansui Furatto - 21 54cm Colour Television — no response by the service centre

Iown a sansui tv which i have bought on 9th april 2003, from kaveri agencies, zakirhussain road, block-10 neyveli, tamilnadu, INDIA.THERE IS A FAILURE IN THE TELEVISION'S PICTURE TUBE.THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS UPTO 2010, I HAVE LAUNCHED ACOMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FAILURE TO THE AGENCY IN PONDICHERRY WHERE WE HAVE TO LAUNCH OUR COMPLAINT, BUT WE HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE STILL.THIS SPOILS THE ENTIRE COMPANY'S NAME, SO IT LEADS TO DISSATISFACTION OF THE CONSUMERS. I KINDLY REQUEST U TO SAY ABOUT THIS TO THE COMPANY CONCERNED AND INSIST THEM TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

Sansui / 21"TV — problem in tv

I purchase T.V.21 Inch from snehanjali electronics & appliances pvt.ltd(1, city point kacheri road palghar (west), dist-thane, maharashtra). Purchase Date 13/09/2008. These T.V. have some problem. Like display not shows properly(black strip shown bottom side)& also Screen not very clear. I complanied many time but anybody not problem solve these problem.
When I say snehanjali electronics & tekcare india pvt. ltd Manager that we suffer Sansui T.V. Problem.and also they are visited 2 to 3 times but yet still problem. I worried India's largest Electronic Company Sansui not responsible for this problem.so you are requested to look into the matter.and reply me early as possible.and increase my warranty period.or otherwise replace tv.

Sansui 21" Television (Model No. - CTVs2s3000) — No response from service centre

I have purchased a 21" sansui television( model no. ctvs2s3000).There is a problem in the sound system. That is a continuous noise in the sound system. We have registered a complaint by two times in a nearest service centre. They have given a complaint numbers 9a24015, and 9b1043. But still there is no response for our complaint. It has the one year warranty. we have purchased it on[protected]. So we are very unhappy about sansui and its customer support activities.In this connection I would like to go for consumer court for justice. So it is good to avoid purchasing sansui product.s

I am scared to imagine what will happen to my TV problem. I bought it in New delhi in 2006 and the warranty is at the edge of expiry. Rcently it developed with a sound after 2 hrs o[censored]se. I made a complaint 10/15 days back -no action whatsoever has been taken.
I was advised not to go for this TV but still I went for this and now I suffer. Compared to your problem, mine is very little.
If you know the address where we can register our complaint, pl let me know.
I will also support you in any consumer forum.
This is for your information that I bought a Sansui Flat TV (FM included) in August 2008.But now it show some problem ( Both side left & right looks black, so the main picture screen looks smaller) I can't understand the ploblem, so what I will do, Pl. give some suggession.

Sansui 29" Hard Rack TV — not repair very long time

Dear Sir.
I have a sansui 29' hard rock tv but dose not work proparly last three month i have lodge complain to sansui service station complaint no. RAJ[protected], registered around three month ago, still the same problem pertains and there is no positive resuld inspite of visit by the service persons three times. there is continuous blinking while veiwing the television and colours combination does not work properly.

Sansui 14' Color CTV — difective TV box/ worst service

I bought SANSUI 14" ctv on 30th March 2009, its just about 3 months now.. in last ten days tv has picture problem(complete blue&pink color) and its been serviced more than 3times as of now and the problem is not solved whenever i request for service they will say within 24hrs they'll come but actually they are taking more than 3days... This time the engineer has taken TV board with him and i am told that they will keep in observation for 4days... its difective box i am looking for replacement and i really thought SANSUI is one of the best company, but i was wrong... if company is not taking necessery action i am forced go to consumer forum... i expect you will do the needful

Sansui 29 CTV Hard Rock — neglected approach against complaint

Hi,
I have purchased a Sansui 29CTV Hard rock From Our nearest dealar Universal electronics. Since last 3 months we are complaing to our dealer to get my TV repair. My dealer forwarded the complaint to sansui. Five times service engineer visited to repair the defect. But he is not able to repair. As the dealer said, he is trying to get it repaired otherwise he will try to get it replaced. But till today neither the service enginner able to rectify the defect nor the dealer able to give us replacement. As the purchaser is my father & he is at age of 62 years. and he has problem of blood pressure. he is very up set. And Only due to thsi TV we are in great trouble. Kindly help in this regard. below are the details.
