we buy a sansui 29'' tv in 1999 in rajahmundry
tv model no:2989xp picture in picture
we taken tv to the servicee center
but thay cannot solve the problem
tell me how solve the problem

Sansui — tv is not working properly

i have purchased one sensui TV 21" from DISCOUNT CIRCUIT at vaishali ansal plaza around 5 month before now i am facing the problem in remote & tv e.i. the volume key of remote is not working or channel key is not working, i have already complaint to discount circuit regarding this problem but they people not sended any person to our place we have complaint 3 time they never giv me any complaint id.

pls guid me what we have to do & where i can contact.

i purchase a tv model no super eye but nowi got problem that inside sparking & some times tv automatically off. already given complaint 2nd feb. but still i did not get any response from company. for that yester day i did not able to see cricket match.

I have made the insurence for my tv which is of sansui company.But no body is taking responsible for the insurence done.And now i am ready to pay the money but the technician are just coming and going without correcting the repair.When calling the service centre they are saying we will send the technician tomorrow.i don't know when will their tomorrow will come.

It was 2nd time when my TV is not working properly in less than one year period of purchase. There is no audio output in my TV, 2nd time. Request you to do the needful on urgent basis.

Sansui TV — replacement

We purchased sansui lcd on 10-08-09 from Next showroom, Faridabad.Against complaint no. GUR[protected] its PCB is to be changed.
We want the set to be change as it is very new . Replace the set today only or we have to route through consumer cort & media.

Sansui TV — Poor Customer Support

I have a Sansui TV (29 Inch Hardrock).

My TV has just stopped working and I have registered a complaint with the call center. My complaint number is AHM[protected].

Today a service engineer has visited my place. He told me about something things that are not working. For which I told him that my product is insured and requested him to give me estimate for the same. The service engineer called his boss (Mr. Chetan from Swami Sales) and told me that if I want an estimate then I need to visit his office, he can't give me anything in writing.

Due to this I told the service engineer that I want to talk to your Boss, he connected me to Chetan. Chetan told me that he is not going to come 10 times to my house to provide service. I need to go to his office to collect the estimate form. Also I need to carry my TV to his workshop to repair it. I told why should I carry it is his job for which he told me if he carries it he will charge me Rs. 250 for that. I didn't agree on it, I told him that it is his job and while buying the product we were promised of hassle free service. I have also raised this concern to the call centre operator for which he told me that he has registered the complaint.

Now should I carry my TV myself to get it repaired, is this the kind of service that is provided to customers.

I am very much disappointed with the service.

I have complainted vide complaint no.JAI[protected] till today this complaint is now soveled and sansui consumar cetre not give any responce and jaipur branch executive not contract with me his mobile no [protected] is found called failed

Dear Sir/ Madam
Myself Kawaljeet Singh and I bought Sansui 14" from Munna Electronics Hazaribag, Jharkhand for which I haven't got any Gaurantee Card. I was asking twice for this and he was ignoring at last he has given me the bill for this for which Invoice no is 1392 dated 16/10/2009.

Now my television is not working properly and I asked him to resolve the problem then he is asking for the guarantee card as I haven't got that and for this he is claiming the amount.for changing the parts.

Now what to do ?? Whom to contact for this ..?? As I am having the the Bill that refers that its under Guarantee Period.
