[Resolved] Sansui TV — Problem with Picture tube

I had purchased Sansui Colour TV (Model no. 21K2K) on 4/11/2007. Now there is some problem with the picture tube as about 1/4 th of the picture tube from top is showing only green / violet colour. The TV was purchased with a warranty period of 5 years, bill dated 4/11/2007 is available with me but the warranty card has been missed by me but the shop owner is saying even though the bill is available they need the warranty card for repairing free of cost. Requesting the company to look into the matter & inform me when the company person will come for repairing purpose. Please help and send me your feedback at [protected]@rediffmail.com. sansui 21'' flat colour television — fault in picture tube

Dear,

i have brought sansui tv 3 months back but the picture is not perfect in that left of the screen the colour very diffrent i inform to your local dealer i return the TV to same dealer in one month before still TV problem is not resolved TV also with in Dealer

i am very sufferd

PLs change the picture tube otherwise pls return my money back

I have purchased the Sansui Tv for the year of 2004 the Dealer of
Sathya Agencies, Tuticorin.Tamilnadu.

Th Tv Complaints on 20.07.2009. i am handover the for the Dealer of Sathya Agencies but Upto Date Not Cure the Complaints. Pls Quickly Repair My Telivision.
