Today I received one mail regarding Cheating of Shanthi madam Group.
Thangamma & Family (fOUR OF THEM ARE BLIND) participated in a reality show organised by Kairali TV.
They got first prize and till date they did not receive VILLA promised by Shanthi madam.
Shanthi madam is cheating everybody. You have to Change your name as
" ASHANTHI MADAM"

if these all allegations against santhi madam is correct, i dont know how they continue to lure more and more peoples.
Yes, Santimadom is a cheater as one of my friends booked a flat in Guruvayoor and he cancelled the booking due to some personal reason. Santi madom refunded Rs.1, 00, 000/- booking amount by cheque, but it is dishonoured and the bank slip shows the reason "exceed arrangements". Now my friend is running pillar to post to get his money back.

This cheque bounce is too bad -Even if 1 lakh is exceeding arrangement people have to think very seriously before investing lakhs of rupees in these projects

My father wanted to buy a property(Villa / flat) in kerala. I searched in internet & finally got SANTHIMADOM BUILDERS details. I already spoke to them over phone & it was all looking fine until i read all your comments.

Mr.Anil Gerogre was worked with us a Marketing Executive and due to some illegal activity against the company we are forced to sack him out. Now he is no more with us and all the dues, salary, incentives every thing has been paid and there is no other commitment .

I completely agree with homebizdubai. They are cheaters and they won't keep up the promise, and santhimadom has got a very good untrustable chairman the great Dr. Radhakrishnan, he will only say packs of lies every time you meat time. Also friend, there is no quality in the villa, but you can see him and his son-in-law driving around with a Benz and BMW.
In the month of January 2011, Santhimadom Builders from Kerala had kept a property exhibition at Pune (Maharashtra), whom we had visited and with the interest of all at home, we had given them an amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 towards the booking charges, on a condition that if we dont like the venue or the property they will refund us the entire money back the same day itself.
We went and checked the property in February 2011 and as we didnt like the property, intimated the same to the builders - Dr. Radhakrishnan and requested for the refund as per the agreement. He gave us a post dated dated (HDFC Cheque No. 008765 dated 5th April 2011) with a reason that all refunds are done in the new financial year.
We first deposited the cheque on 5th April 2011 in HDFC Bank, Navi Mumbai. We were informed by the bank, the same day evening that due to insufficient fund, they havent processed our transaction. When we spoke to the Builder - Dr. Radhakrishnan, the same evening, he assured that the fund will be available by the next day i.e. 6th April afternoon. But as we didnt get any confirmation from them on 6th April 2011, we spoke to them and then they said that we should deposit the cheque only after April 20th 2011.
We again deposited the cheque on 20th April 2011 in HDFC Bank, Navi Mumbai and we were informed by the bank at the time of deposit that there is a lack on fund in Santhimadom's account. When we spoke to Santhimadom, we were confirmed that the fund will be available by 26th April 2011, for which we got email confirmation too.,
Today - 26th April 2011, against the cheque has been dishonoured. It is our hard earned money and cant let it go. Need your help to get the same published in paper, so that no other person is been cheated the way Santhimadom has done with us.
SANTHIMADOM BUILDERS, ITS CHAIRMAN AND MANAGEMENT ARE ALL CHEATERS GULPING HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE SOCIETY TO BUILD THEIR TOWNSHIP. THOUSAND CURSES FROM THE PEOPLE LIKE US WILL ALWAYS BE THERE ON THEM.

This regarding Mr. Anil Gerogre's comment against M/s.Santhimadom Group. Mr.Anil Gerogre was working with this group very short period. During these period he was doing some unwanted jobs against our company. After that company has decide to send him out from this organization. So that we have settled his slary dues and terminated. His sales incentive is not yet settled because of some legal issues with him. We already informed Mr.Anil Geroge to withdraw this coments from this box. Still he is doing some illegal activities against us. So we are taking legal action against him.
