Mr.Venugopal has booked an VIP Suit room with santhimadom. But due some unavoidable reasons it has been delayed and we have already communicated with him periodically . Finally we told him on his last visit of last month the Suit Room will be handed over to him in April or May 2011. He knows everything and we request him to post his commands regarding this matter.

Once received Money from the Client they ( Santhimadom builders) never bothered about their promises to complete the building . They will never attend phone calls of the paid clients at al.l -This is totally a cheating business.

I have invested in 55 lakh villa with Santhimadom and this project has been delayed from the day one. At the time of selling this property to me, i was told this will be completed within 2 years and will be fully furnished. I was also promised 10 acres of free land in Madurai for which even after 5 years I am yet to get the documents.
As for the villa, today which is the 23 May 2011, my parents who drove all the way from kannur have called me to inform that the work is not yet completed. Santhimadom Chairman is nothing but full of lies and shameless. Their promise of monthly rental was stopped after one year. Even in the one year, there were monthly rent cheques bouncing due to lack of funds and now they dont even bother to discuss the rent part which was one of the attractions they said to all clients when they came to Dubai to sell the property.
In between, the son in law - RAJESH has been removed from the company for mis-appropriation of funds. I have personally met the Chairman in my last visit to Guruvayur and all he did was sit in front of me shamelessly and with no explanation or solution for the whole delay and poor quality work. They are not trustworthy and their work is also of no quality. This is after paying these people full money. i can understand that there is financial problems but you cant be cheating clients this way. How can you justify buying new cars for yourself with clients money when you have not delivered the property.
Now thry are giving us another date of 15 June 2011, mind you the dates have been changing for the last 2 years. No one bothers to call the investor back or even answer calls. They have a cusotmer service person - Sangeet who sadly has to listen to all the angry words from clients. He has been hired just to listen to all this and do nothing. I dont think the name SANTHIMADOM is correct for them, they should be called ASHANTHIMADOM.
I will be going to Kerala in July and have decided to take them into legal court for all they have duped and cheated me so far. I will block my proerty and let it rot but I will ensure that their whole project and more is put on hold. I will move the court because I will not let them get away from cheating people and especially when it is our hard earned money.
Whether we build a forum in Dubai or not, next time if they come to sell property in Middle East, i have my friends notified and we will get the police to act on these cheats.
Please let all your friends know that we have wasted our money on these guys and they should not fallin trap for them.

what happened to yr villa? did they finish it or still postponed to new date?
I agree with the complainant that Dr RADHAKRISHNAN IS CHEATING people. I had put up a complaint on June 2, 2011, quoted below. Dr Radhakrishnan has made more than a hundred promises since December 2010 STARTING WITH PROMISE TO PAY IN TWO WEEKS and each time he postpones shamelessly. It is more than two years now. Each time he gives some lame excuse cooked up by him. He is a master in making up excuses. In the last two months he has given me half a dozen dates, and he has not paid. He is a cheat who has to be jointly faced by legal means by the numerous people he has cheated and is continuing to cheat with false promises. so that many more are not cheated. Joint legal action has to be now started against him. I am willing to join. Someone in Kerala should file a PIL or whatever legal action is appropriate. Time is overdue for this.

After the initial dealing and other issues, I decided to withdraw from the scheme in December 2010 itself and informed the chairman of Santhimadom Builders and Developers, Dr. Radhakrishnan. He agreed to refund the money in 2 weeks. Since then I have made dozens of calls to him and he has returned only 7 lakh rupees so far. He finally promised that by March 2011 he will refund the full amount. He has given dozens of dates thereafter, but it is now June and I have not received any more money. It has been over 6 months and I am yet to get 8 lakh rupees refund.

There are numerous complaints against Santhimadom builders and are by genuine persons who have lost their hard earned money to Dr Radhakrishnan who is openly cheating people for so many years. I have been at the receiving end of the cheating by this man who is thriving with the money of others. He cheats people with false promises and then refuses to return much of the money for several years. Such a person should be got arrested for cheating by taking legal action like a PIL or some appropriate measure. This will force him to return the money and stop cheating more people. He is catching more and more people in his trap with his dubious schemes. If any lawyer is able to take up the case I will join. There is no use talking to Dr Radhakrishnan or writing complaints, this is what is my experience for the last fourteen months during which time he has been using my money which he agreed to return in two weeks (see my complaint of Jun 2, 2011 below. I also feel that his throwing out his son in law is a clever plan to confuse people. He son in law personally came to Ahmedabad and gave me wrong information and took my money out. Now he has started his own building business. It looks like a game between the two to hoodwink people. Only an investigation can bring out the truth. Let all those who have complaints together face this cheater.
