sapneosofttech is totally a fraud company. it have no registration rights. they are arranging campus from chitoor and near by area of karnataka with security deposit of 70k butthey didnot give the joining to the candidates. its a totally fraud company. if anyone want to know the details then comment on this article.

I do agree that sapneosofttech is a fraud company alluring the students in this bad market scenario.It has also created some fraud agents in some cities and organized the campus drives in many prestigious institutions, bringing a bad reputation to the institute and its placement cell..Rather The HR person Mr.Mohammad is a fraud and a cheater, When the company itself is a fraud how can you expect that a company people will be saints.Thts impossible.The Government should ban all such companies for fooling the students and the future citizens of the nation.If the govt is able to take action on software giant SATYAM COMPUTERS then why not these stupid and idiotic mediocre...who is making a mockery of the campus drive.

this is 2 years old company, it has fantastic infrustructure, good trainnig environment, i m the employee of this company, my joinig date 24 agust, last week i visit the company and also i talkd to current employee they all ready got last month salary, its new growing and chalenging company, if anybody passing any comment before that they should verify the company himself, whatever company is their in bangalore in middle level personally i visit all the company, sapneosofttech is the best company, according to infrustructure you can compare to even any mnc also
If it is such a good company why is that they are asking for 1 lakh of deposite..

I have a call letter from sapneosoft regarding job, but they are asking for Rs.100, 000 as security deposit, and refunding only Rs.50, 000 . That's why it's confusing, if the company is reputed then why are they asking for such a large amount of money;even after knowing current scenario when no one want to leave a minute job opportunities

please don't make any payment and don't make any payment on any basis. because no one is responsible for return of money at last they will told Mr. Mohammad is not there of Hr. Manager is out of town...

Sapneosoft is the worst company i have ever seen. infact its a black spot on the name of IT companies.
only building is good, other then that everything is crap.
They takes 1 lac rupees to give you offer letter. one written test is there just for formality. In reality who will give 1 lac rupees, will get the offer letter. at that time they says like we will give 15000 /- per month, so many other facilities, this and that.
they says like that earlier company was there in pune, somtimes chennai, and kerala, they closed from there and then reopened here. all just crap.
when you will go and join there, you will come to know, they are the biggest lier.
Basically this is fraud company of fraud people. they pays only 5000 /- instead of 15000 /- per month.
Management is the worst thing there, they don't even know the basic rules of management.
they don't know how to talk to employees, they talk like as if they are their slaves.
HR doesn't know how to talk in english, you can see her shouting on everybody without any reason.
they make whatever rules they want, and whenever they want.
if you are hired for developement, then also you have to do data entry, its compulsory.
in the starting they says like they have so many projects in your stream, , , but reality is that, , , there is no project, , not even a single project is there.
No canteen, no hostel facility, , , , nothing, all just fake...
not even a single dustbin is there what else you can expect.
forget about Medical Insurance, Provident Fund & Gratuity, ESI coverage, long stay bonus, performance incentive, target achievement incentives as they mention ...they will not even give you your full salary. and if you will go and ask about the salary, , then they says, , you will get this much only, , if you want to resign, , you can, , now your 1 lac rupees is waste...and they dont care, whatever you think about them...they will do whatever they want...they are the biggest cheater.
they takes your money and increase their bank balance. they just do partying on your money.
so my dear friends, , never ever join this company . otherwise that will be the biggest mistake of your life.
