[Resolved]  Saraswat Water Technology (P) Ltd — no service of aquaguard inova

On 28th of september, 2010, we have paid this company Rs.2300/- for a three year service contract ( contract no.9963) according to which they were supposed to service ouraquagourd inova of drinking water in every 4 months. Since one month we have been calling them and requesting ( Abhishek , Seema & Sonai ) to send someone for the service as it was supposed to be done on 9th of september. But still they are just making a fun of this and none of their person has visited for the service. As it is related to drinking water which can affect the health also, we have called them atleast 15 to 20 times but they are not giving any importance to this.
Therefore we request you to look into the matter.
