Respected Sir,

My Son Mr.Swapnil Sachdeva has cleared BBA from the above University through Jagan Institute of Management; Sector 5, Rohini, Delhi-110085 in the month of June,2006 & the university has issued mark sheets time to time & provisional certificate was also issued on 17th October,2007 but regret to note that inspite of regular follow up with Mr.Gaurav-co-ordinator from Jims & Mr.Deepak Gupta; Chairman-Jims no fruitful results have come up although we have deposited the requisite fees well in time to jims.

Kindly look into the matter & take the appropriate action particulars are as under:-
