I am consumer og Indane gas vide consumer No. 85812. I am continuously trying to logged my complaint & booked the cylinder. Telephone get angaged since two-three days

Sarthi Gas Agency — Gas Cylinder sold by delivery man illegally

Sarthi Gas Agency Gas Cylinder sold by deliveryman without receipts. They are supported by their staff.

Not only this, Staff sell cylinders directly to people when loaded trucks use to come from IOC godowns. They keep this truck away from their office, on road site.

Indian oil staff and gas agencies enjoy black money without any fear.

Can anyone from IOC tell us how road site tea and snacks stalls get gas cylinder? Are they legal?

Sss... Ssss.... Goverment and IOC sleeping.

Sarthi Gas Agency — Replacement of leak Gas bottle

Respected Authority,

I am registered with Gas agency called Sarthi Gas Agency from last two years. We took delivery of gas bottle two days back, but we later on realized that it was leak. So, we called up them to launch a complain. This agency has 3 land line numbers and 3 call numbers but no one is picking the phone from last two days and mobiles are also off. My wife calls 10 times a days but still no one picks a call. Please help us in this matter and take necessary steps against them.

Gas cylinder not delivered,Agency says they have delivered

The Gas cylinder was booked to be delivered but they didnt deliver any.On contacting the agency they say that the gas cylinder has been delivered on 21st August 2014.
