[Resolved] Sathya Agencies In Medavakkam / Lg - 1 Ton Split Ac — Faulty installation of the split AC by Sathya Agencies in Medavakkam

We have bought a one ton split AC worth Rs 24500/- from Sathya Agencies Medavakkam Chennai on 8/4/2012. While selling the product they promised first of all to provide a Shakti double booster stabilizer, since the same wasn't in stock they delivered us a local company Guardian stabilizer in the same amount at our home premises, without conveying us anything on the status of the product availability. They also promised for arranging a LG service person for any faulty issues or for free services. Their person however came and installed the AC finishing the installation around 7:30 pm in the night.
Next day (9/4/2012) morning when we saw the Outlet port of the split AC we found that the copper wire was not insulated properly and is exposed to sun which may cause damage to the wire in few days. We called the Sathya Electronics (on [protected] and [protected]) for arranging a company person for getting the AC installed properly and to our utmost surprise the people sitting at the customer service in the Sathya Agencies in Medavakkam were completely unaware of English language. These were the same bunch of employees who were communicating with us in English just 1 day before while selling their product. Every time we called them to arrange for a AC installation person they were like "We will call you in 10 mins" and as expected we didn't received any calls from them in next 1 hr. We called them back and had to explain them the exact problem once again only to hear that they will call us back in 10 mins with the confirmation when the company person will visit our house. But we didn't received any calls. Calling them again and again and explaining the exact issue has almost taken my life out but i can hardly see any positive response from their side.
The point here is if these guys are unable to provide a proper service after selling and fitting the AC or other products, they are just fooling the customers with the false promises of providing a good service. License of such retails should be cancelled with immediate effect as unless and until a retailer is providing a proper service to the customers for the electronic goods like ACs and refrigerators, they are just making the customers frustrated by cheating them.
Hope that there will be some serious action taken in this regard from your side.
