Sathyam Cinemas — FRAUDULENT CHARGES

I am Vikram Chandrasekaran , Who ordered the Fuel Card Online through HDFC Credit Card with Courier Delivery option(A Total of RS 350) on 29/08/2012 . Also I have the Money Passing through the Bill Pay and Payment has been sucessful . I had called up the Sathyam Cinemas before i purchased the fuel Card and then ordered that . but i have now not recieved the Access Code and authentication Code of the Card to Access. I got a message when the Payment was sucessful as" Your Payment has been sucessful and your card number is [protected]" . I Called up the Care immediately and they said because of the govt Rules on the Message limit it will take two to three Days. Now when i call they say no records match and No info is there i paid for the account .They say that the account has been looted and i am not the owner. I spoke with VIJAY of care dept who was having no clue but saying that the card was not mine. Manager says that the Money has not reached him so the Card wont be created.
Note: If i am not going to get the Card or the Payment Back to the Card within next 5 days (ie on friday of coming week), i will file a Case against sathyam cinemas on fraudulent charges in Consumer Court and would make sure i will show the evidence as the credit card statement clearly show the money has gone to THE CINEMA.IN

I am attaching the Card Transaction details with the Email . If i am not getting any reply for sure this would be a bigger problem for sathyam Cinemas
