satyam — service is too bad and customer response is lacking
my awb no [protected] went to old address the customer care is out of reach in hyderabad and the office phone numbers not responding inspite of repeated trials
at last i lodged a complaint in bombay customer care that i need a callback before delivery as my address is changed after trying nearly 10 to 15 calls i came to know the consignment is in balanagar branch hyderabad after trying for 100 to 200 times the executive answered my call and his response is too bad,
ICICI bank needs to blacklist this type of courier services.
