[Resolved] Satyam Indane Services, Naihati, Code No.99198362 / Gas — Refuse to delivery of double cylinder | |
Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Satyam Indane Service, Phone No.[protected], of 93, Jan Md. Road, Shop No.5, Naihati, North 24-Parganas, Pin Code-743156, West Bengal. my consumer No-NH06007, I booked for Gas cylinder on 15.02.2010 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have double gas Cylinder facility, But distributor authority saying they can't gave my facility without any cause. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.on 15.02.2010. That I have last received gas cylinder from the above said agency on 23.01.2010. but from this day Satyam Indane Service refuse to take booking of my double cylinder. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.i think the people in Satyam Indane Service agency may selling the gas outside,pls take immediate action. Satyam Indane Gas Service — not deliver gas .
My name is Surinder Kumar. CUSTOMER No -2126 I booking gas on date 27August 2010 I contect very time on Telephone and pursnaly . Btu not deliver gas .Yestarday totaly refuse not Deliver gas me. Pleas take action aganst SATYAM INDANE GAS SERVICE . Sector 9 Panchkula HARYANA Hi,
I am recently shifted to Naihati and trying to get a new gas connection as starting a new family for last one and half month. So I badly need the new connection. But everytime i visited the service centre, I'm asked to come later, sometimes after the Durgapuja, then after the Kalipuja. But nothing has happened ever.
Can you check and let me know how I can get the new connection urgently.

Satyam Indane Gas Service — Non delivery of gas cylinder
Hi...My connection no is 03918 with Satyam Indane Gas Connection in Panchkula Industrial sector Ph-I. However i have applied for the new gas refilling and they don't even pick up my call. After so many call i was able to have my booking and then they don't entertain my call for delivery. They even don't pick up the phone calls. A very delapidated condition for the Delivery of the Gas... where to go and what to do .. I am unable to understand the same...
