Dear Sir,

I have Purchased One Slim Sona Belt throguh telephonic order from XL Sky Shop cash memo no. 082 dated 22/10/2010

but this slim sona belt did not work after 20 days . from 13/11/2010 i am continue calling customer care no[protected] for replacement, but they are just giving time and not doing anything in this regard. my complain no 219

i am looking for help in this regard to repalce the productr earliest.
