[Resolved]  SBI ATM / Debit Card — ATM transaction failure : Received Rs. 500 Short

Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

SBI — ATM TRANSACTION FAILED

SIR

I MADE AN A/C TRANSACTION ON[protected] IN ICICI Bank ATM S1CNo745-AT Sec 16,Faridabad FOR RS-1000, FROM MY SBI ATM CARD. I DID'T GOT MONEY BUT MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY SBI A/C.

Dear sir,
i am jay prakash mewada my a/c no. is [protected], sir on the date of 10/01/11 time about 4:30 my transaction got failure, at that time i did not get any slip and money but from my account 500 rupees were debit.
so please sir look in to the matter and refund money in my account as early as possible.

want to withdrawl Rs 6000/- at jamuira bazar Axis Bank A.T.M. on 21/10/10.I have not received cash but debited in my S.B.I.Account. I have written complain on 26/10/10 to the Manager S.B.I. Jamuria(06188 Br. code).After few days 3/12/10 I have complain to S.B.I. Complain through Internet. Till date I have not return this money.Please necessary action as soon as possiable.My A.T.M. card no.[protected].
