Hi,

My ATM card is worn out, so i need a dupliacte ATM card. please can someone help me in getting the same. i approached the bank to get an duplicate for , they would do nothing but they wanted me to go via the toll free no[protected]. neither way the toll free no, cares to check for customers complaints. please can you help. thanks.

I lost my atm card, i blocked it by calling to toll free number. Now i want new atm card, what is the procedure.

Hi,

I am availing SBI debit card. I don't know what has happened with my card. Whenever i try to access it, the atm show "Invalid ATM card". I want to get another, please any one tell me what should i need to do? What is the correct procedure? What documents i need to carry while visiting the branch?
