[Resolved]  SBI Bank — lost cheque

This is to inform you that, I deposited two Cheques on the[protected]same day) in your SBI gurgaon brance and one of them is still in just because your employees do not want to work. The Cheque details are

Cheque No 557721
Amount Rs 6679
Deposit date:[protected]
A/c holder name: Sarika
A/c no:[protected]

I had to contact you branch to know the whereabouts of my Cheques. After going through lot of arguments and unbearable unhelpful nature of we were able find the Cheques details on some piece of paper and not in the computer. One of them (No 540197 or amount Rs 4, 370.00) started showing in clearing when I came home from you branch and it cleared already today but the second Cheques are still not showing. I simply fail to understand why they are not putting the Cheques for clearance on time or do we have to come to remind them for every Cheque wasting our precious time?
Let me tell you that this is not the first time it has happened with me last time my money was credited to somebody else’s account for no reason. My and his account didn’t have any similarity but that happened. And when we contacted the money was put back into our accounts which reflected at the very moment when I checked my account but I this case when I contacted your branch, they had no answer, and they found those details on a piece of paper they proudly said that their new system doesn't show the details at the same time which according to them is the update software?

Wow!!! i didn't know SBI updates their system for decreasing their productivity causing more incontinence to the customer.

I am constantly confronted with extremely rude representatives who don’t seem to understand the value of time in any sense. They don't even feel guilty about being wrong and fixes up another time and assures that my Cheque will start reflecting within 24 hrs. When I contacted them today after 48 hrs they say I have to wait for next few hours.

I am extremely unhappy feel harassed and cheated by this kind of customer service.
I have gone through lot of suffering after opening the account in your bank. I or anyone simply can not continue like this with your bank.
When I said that I am going to complain about this to the mangers. They started giggling as if said a very funny thing and they don’t give a damn about the manger. This again reflects inner view the poor management in your bank. If they don’t respect their manger how can they respect their customer?

I met the manager K.C.Gupta also but he again couldn't find my cheque and did a buck passing giving assurance to give me call as soon as he finds the cheque out.

On the above situation what should i do. Probably this is how you treat your customers but I have decided not to take it any more. I would appreciate I you could you please find out the whereabouts of my second Cheque No 557721 of amount Rs 6679 one last time and then I will see some other bank which not a government bank at least.

I would also appreciate if you can please check out what is going wrong with your people and computers in your branch
