I SHALL BRING YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT AS PER STATEMENT DT 25/01/07 TOTAL AMT DUE RS 1501.80 DUE ON 14/02/07 AND PAYMENT RECEIVED VIDE CH NO 161168 RS 1504 ON 14/02/07. AS PER STATEMENT DT 25/02/07 TOTAL AMT DUE RS 1565.80 DUE ON 17/03/07 IN WHICH NPROTECTION PLUS INSURANCE CHARGES RS. (26.94 +22.45+18.23) RS 67.62 IMPOSED ON ME WITHOUT MY CONCENT AND MY OFFER OR ACCEPTANCE FORM.WHEN I CONTACTED TO CUTOMER CARE , WAS ADVISED ME TO PAY TOTAL AMT DUE MINUS INSURANCE CHARGES THUS I PAY TAD RS 1505 DUE ON 17/03/2007WHICH RECEIVED ON 16/03/07 IN THE STAMENT OF MARCH 2007.
THUS MY ACCOUNT WAS RUNNING IN VERY GOOD CONDITION UPTO FEB 07 AND NO AMOUNT WAS DUE UPTO 25/02/07. WHEN THIS PROTECTION PLUS INSURANCE WAS DEBITED AGAIN AND AGAIN FROM 25/02/07 TO 25/06/2007 FOR FIVE MONTH BUT REQUESTING MANY TIMES IN MONTH OF FEB07 TO JUNE 07FOR REVERSAL THEY REVERSED FOR ME MONTH OF FEB 07 AND MARCH 07 ON 10/07/2007. BUT CHARGES FOR APRIL07 TO JUNE 07 THREE MONTHS NOT REVERSED INCLUDING LATE PAYMENT AND OTHER CHARGES. AS I HAVE BEEN GOT .ISSUEDLIFE TIME FREE CREDIT CARD THUS IF ANY CHARGE HAS BEEN DEBITED BY SBI CARD THEN THESE WERE REVERSED IN NEXT MONTH . THUS I HAD BEEN CHARGED FIVE MONTHS INSURANCE PREMIUM BUT REVERSED ONLY TWO MONTH FEB AND MARCH 07. THEREFORE TROUBLE STARTS AFTER FEB 07 AND PROTECTION PLUS INSURANCE RS 68 PER MONTH FOR APRIL 07 TO JUNE 07 NOT REVERSED. THUS NOW STARTS LATE PAYMENT /GST/FINANCE CHARGES ETCETRA FROM APRIL07 . THESE HAS BEEN BECOME MORE THAN RS 15000 AND MANY CALLS ARE COMING TO PAY THE SAME. THERE FORE I REQUEST YOU THAT WHEN FAULT PERTAIN FROM YOUR SIDE BY IMPOSING PROTUCTION PLUS POLOCY JABARDASTI SO WHY SHOULD I PAY THAT AMOUNT.SO I REQUEST YOU TO REVERSE ALL CHARGES AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AS ALREADY REQUESTED YOU IN NOV 07 OTHERWISE I HAVE BEEN COMPELLED TO GO IN GREVEINCES REDRESSAL FOURUM INCLUDING HARRASEMENT AND COMPENSATATION CHARGES FOR FORCING TO MAKE PAYMENTS.
