[Resolved] SBI Credit Cards — Harassment through Recovery agents & not providing data as per RBI guidelines | |||
Dear Sir, My issue relates to a amt dispute with SBI & I was trying to follow up with them, since long through tel communication & mails, but SBI never had the urgency not inclination to follow up & used to brush it up by saying they are correct. Now, since Jan, I received calls & not so pleasant visits, with the purposeful intention of creating nuisance & humilation in my respected society in the name of recovering dues. The person did not have any proper documentation or authorization letter from SBI regd this issue. I've been repeatedly following this issue also with SBI for the details of the so collection agency, but lady named ( Gurmit ), I spoke on Phone No. [protected] intentionally wasted my time for 3 weeks & now brazenly refuses to provide the details, thereby violating the very guidelines set by RBI. Kindly request you to follow this up & also ensure that such useless employees are dismissed on priority basis. Also, kindly guide me regd the police procedure which I intent to follow & how do I contact CIBIL as well, to explain the situation in writing. SBI Credit Card — Harassment by recovery agent
I received a call from SBI Credit Card Recovery at 6:30 pm (approx) by a agent named as Praveen. Praveen & his boss kept toggling the phone and engaged me in a conversation for 50 min at a strech. Praveen and his so called boss have purely called me with an intention to give me mental harrassment. The two people who kept talking to me used the most indescent language i have ever heard. I asked then some time to arrange for the funds but in return the agent said you do anything and give me the fund.i fail to understand his intentions of asking me my martial status. Talking to thse agents was a mental troma for which. On that call i just wished i were no more in this world.it was a typical gundagardi behaviour call.i filed a NC in the nearest police station the next day.For all this mental harassment, SBI has lost its rights to ask me for the pending payment wherein I was asking the recovery agents to give me some time and i would have tried to arrannge funds in that time. but they were not intrested in collecting bank money from me rather they enjoyed harassing me thus kept on passing the phone from one hand to the other.
Help me the procedure to file a reimbursement against this behaviour.
SBI Credit Cards — Harrassment from SBI Collection Agents
Dear Sir,I have made a settlement on my SBI credit card (#[protected]) for Rs. 17000/- (8500 x 2). The last settlement cheque of Rs. 8500/- issued for the month of Nov'2008 got bounced for reason "Signature Differs". And one of the executive from SBI has contacted me in the month of Jan'2009 stating that the cheque was bounced and has asked me to pay the amount by cash, so that the settlement will not be void. So I had made the payment vide cash to that executive and the same has been credited to SBI accounts on 28/01/2009. But still I am receiving calls from collection agents asking to make the total payment due on my card.
They mentally harrassing me and not even providing a way to sort the issue.

SBI Credit Cards — Harressment for recovering dues
I have been getting calls from some sbi credit cards collection agency which claims that i owe this company rs35000/- on account o[censored]npaid dues...this extremely rude and nonprofessional girl called dimple from mumbai tel no 42474947 calls me up every day and begins demanding that i apy up and when i say tHAT TO THE BEST of my memory i never used a sbi cr card she starts accusing me o[censored]sing the money and not wanting to pay up.she calls me to the office to settle the payment and when i refused saying that as my wife is suffering from cancer so i am unable to come and they should rather email me the details, she again makes all kinds of bad and uncivilized remarks...this has disturbed everyone in my family and even i cant take this constant harassment anymore...each day i have to hang up teh call as she just doesnt understand and keeps calling me up atleast 6-7 times a day...my wife a cancer patient is extremely tensed and her health is suffering as a result whereas i cant concentrate on my work or responsibilities towards family due to this tension...i have no other dues on credit cards as well as any pending loan payments so it is difficult for me to cope with this harassment...pls help out urgently

but collection executive is not responding for my complaint.plz solve this as early as possible.
