[Resolved]  SBI Demat — FOR USERNAME,PASSWORD & EMAIL ID

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had applied for Demat account on 2.12.2009 in SBI,CHIMNABAI ROAD, LUNSIKUI, PO-MALESAR Branch Code: 4193 City/State: NAVSARI, GUJARAT
Pincode: 396,445
But today 2month have gone passed and till date i had not received any response from your side. While SBI says it will be open in only 10 days.

I contacted to concerned person many times but he said that this is not in his hand it will be done by Ahmedabad Head office any Jigneshbhai is handling. So i want to know that who is responsible for the delay of 2 month.
Please clarify for delay of 2 month.
And also in my personal information my email id is also wrong it is given of jignesh's mail id so it is my humble request to look after and pls give me response as soon as possible.

Please sort out this as early as possible.

SBI Demat — Account opening kit not yet received

I had applied for Sbi demat account before 25 days but not yet recieved my welcome kit,it was told & also mentioned that i will recieve my kit within 10 working days,its already more double the time which they had given but still i did not recieve my kit.The service by Sbi is very worst..

SBI DEMAT A/C — Welcome Kit

I am realy surprised to recieve a third class response from sbicapsecurities with regards to recieve my welcome kit.since from last three weeks i am trying to reach SBICAPSEC customer care i am not able to get connected to them.
You took $34.19 from my checking account and I would like it back because I never asked for your services.My comforation number is 4818775.
