[Resolved]  SBI India — ATM Annual fee.

Sir,

Your Bank has debited my Debit card ATM Annual fee Rs 114.50 on dated 14th february from my Accounts.While I have single ATM card.
Please give the reason for.

Its a pity to see government banks like SBI is charging too much fee for transactions annually. No wonder people are more attracted to private banks than government banks. Talking about make in INDIA, if the root problems are not solved about on government companies how do you expect us to trust government banks anymore? I kindly request you to look into this matter because as a adamant SBI customer I am very disappointed by the annual transaction fee charged.

I have been charged rs 117 for the annual ATM fee, being a government bank if they start charging people like this it is not fair. It is a government based bank and so people feel secure and comfortable with the service and think it is cheapest and best. but charges like this will not only take off their interest but also make them disappointed.

You guys need to come with the good and confirmation options which will help you and your customers.

when i was checking my statement, I found that 2 times SBI deducted ATM annual fee i.e Rs. 171 and
Rs. 114,
Don't know why??

sbi has taken 172.50 rupee as ATM annual fee..and 15+15+15+15=60 rs as sms charges..total 172.50+60=232.50 rupee...without using ATM card...what is this?????????? Transaction charges extra too

I have been charged with the narration "ATM ANNUAL FEE 2016-17 ".
Why was this charged?
Why there isn't any email or SMS notification about the debit?
Why wasn't such fee shared with us at the time of creating an account?

This shows no transparency with customers and is highly not acceptable. Need answers for above questions.

From my account Rs 172.50 debited. Does anyone know what needs to be done to avoid this?
