[Resolved]  SBI Net Banking — forgot password

Ihave complaint againt that ihve take new kit 45 days ago then ihave account user id gurpreetsingh2082 new password butmy account does not works then bank manager issue me new kit and than new password entered inthis with old user name ten it demonds re enter new password given in kit after this enter switch it shows invalid user name and password i had show all things to branch manager what should i do now
