[Resolved]  SBI RACPC Bangalore — very poor service

sir,
i applied home loan to State bank.. initially i was suffered lot in branch during submitting the application(Jalahalli,bangalore).
later i went to RACPC SBI bangalore for verification..

their also i suffered lot..
after long struggle i got loan.. but every time while releasing my instalments they are doing all nonsences..

i[censored] want to call them.. i have to try try try only.. if i get connected also concern person never in the seat..

they are treating that as they are giving something free from their pocket..

i complaint to their manager but no improvement..

please help me to complaint them in proper way..

I have taken a housing loan from SBI and have been paying regularly through post-dated checks. I was shocked to get a SMS out of the blue 2 days back from SBI that Rs 30000 is outstanding on my housing loan account and to get in touch with the SBI branch manager! Speaking to the branch manager was not of any help as he did not seem to have a clue what this outstanding amount is about and asked me to come another day. I immediately went to the RACPC Bangalore office, Prestige Towers in the blistering afternoon and lo and behold, the security guard informed me that they have shifted for Basavangudi!!!

Very very frustated at the moment...

Even I applied the loan at Jayanagar Branch which was forwarded to SBI RACPC I did visited personaly over their no response even in GOVT. office you can have better access. One month no response is their anybody know where I can complain. if so please update me.

State Bank of India — HORROR IN SERVICE

Dear Sir,
I would like your kind attention towards an SBI branch, MAIRWA (Code- SBIN0002975), the most horrible bank I have seen ever in my life of 71 years. Point wise problems there are:
1. For a single transaction like cash/cheque deposit or withdrawal, you will have to stand for at least 4-5 hours.
2. When you enter branch, you will find no space to stand even. There will be hundreds of customers and 4-5 staff firing each other.
3. You can not meet any branch official. The branch manager and other officers use to be rarely present in the branch.
4. The horrifying situation can be assumed when the staffs itself asks customers to go to other banks.
5. Unfortunately I have my a/c-[protected] there for last 35 years and I find every customer helpless there including me. Now I am compelled to write this after experiencing this.
6. One event concerned to me- I applied for new Debit Card after I lost that in transit. Simultaneously I received my card at my address on 15 Jul 2011. Since then I visited the branch six times for getting my PIN, after travelling 18 KMs from my home in this age. Pathetic situation is that after struggling for two hours only I manage to ask some staff about arrival of my PIN. They use to reply-“It has not come”, without even having a glance at the register. This is what happened yesterday also. Now I am going out of station for next three months to my son. When I come back the PIN might be required to be regenerated and you can imagine my efforts required in that situation.
Therefore I appeal your intervention to make the situation in that branch at par to other SBI branches.

I had gone to RACPC SBI at bull temple road for submitting the PDC but they did not accept stating that it should be through ECS clearence of the home loan at an EMI of 4924 now that i have already the acknowledgement of ECS clearence but the concerned have not updated and i have been getting frequent calls regarding the EMI's not paid for the month of July and Aug, earlier i had submitted the PDC for 24 months and that has been cleared and i also submitted a cheque of Rs 9848 at SBI, RBI layout branch, Bangalore for the month of May and June, and that has been cleared now the authorities are asking me to pay in excess of 4924 as EMI.I spoke to branch manager of RBI layout branch and he told that he will look into the matter of ECS but in vain and for the past four months or so i have been getting calls after calls and i cannot visit the racpc sbi every now and then because my work place is at a distance of 50km or so i recieved reminder or warning stating if the paymnet is not made they may take me to civil court this is the fate of Indians with the corrupted people in and arround moving freely for this people they r not bothered but for salaried and common people they threaten. I am humiliated, disgusted and disturbed for having taken the loan from SBI.Please look into the matter of my ECS clearence i have sufficient funds it can be cross verified please ask the authorities to make immediate arrangement of ECS clearence, else take PDC's

I went to RACPC bangalore and I thought I went to the Bangalore zoo instead. I saw a few hippopotamusses grazing there and not responding to my queries. After having taken a loan and paying ridiculous amounts of interest to these donkeys, they still have no work ethic.

They hardly seem to give a rats about your presence and go on and on chatting away in Kannada with one another and not working. I cant put food on my family table if I do the same. They will also be gone for a few hours during lunch every day. I am fed up that my hard earned money is spent in this manner on these people without a proper work ethic or respect for other people.

These people are like damaad's of the government of India. They feel landing a bank job gives them so much power and control over other people's lives. I couldnt find a bloody phone number for RACPC bangalore absavangudi brancg anywhere in the world.

Time they privatised useless banks like this. we cant expect the country moving any forward when people act in this manner and have such poor work ethic.
I also suffered like anything due taking loan from SBI. When I called no one will pick the call.. Its hell to enter into SBI. Managers...wake up...and realize...
THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

Firstly, all GOVERNMENT SERVICES are hopeless and finally, SBI RACPC proves this at its best.

The space provided here is absolutely not enough to 'post my comments' on SBI, RACPC.

I don't even find that these many COMPLAINTS will be of any use!!!

If at all cared, I request the concerned person, kindly take some action against them.

I have been a sufferer of RACPC, Bangalore and the Branch. No one knows what is happening and I have been running from the Branch and RACPC with all hte documents that they have asked. Still no response. Please don't ever try to take loans from SBI.

I strongly agree with all the comments above.

First and foremost: Our experience in procurring an Educational loan has been harrowing and traumatic to say the least. We have run from pillar to post getting Every single document they fancied. They would call at 2 in the afternoon and ask for something and we would have it ready by 4. Despite all that we realise that they haven't even looked at our file for 4 months!!!

Secondly: We apply for a loan at Indiranagar and we were sent to the Koramangala RACPC branch. We finally get an appointment for which we land up very much on time. We sit and wait for about an hour with no one to tell us who we are supposed to meet. Finally we meet the Lady in charge.
This woman, was the MOST UNCOUTH, ILL-MANNERED and ARROGANT person i have ever met. The staff need some Serious trainning in how to behave in a decent manner.

Thirdly: After putting up with all this nonsense so far, and getting the loan sanctioned they hold us back by sayin ONE document is still missing and we cannot process it until it is given. That document is not one which was even required!

So, in conclusion I would like to say that Students are onnly being harrased when they apply for an educational loan from SBI. Instead of making things easy they only add to our banes.
Same with me. It is becoming pain for customer who have taken loadn and later suffer with telephone service of RACPC-SB Blr. Very worst phone service by SBI RACPC. SBI has to wakeup if they want to retair customer and have good relation with existing customer.
2 things i learned from SBI loan processing are

- Don't ever go for govt sector for loan at any cost ...u re life will screwed after been ther.
- Don't know why (if it hurts some discipline guys .. i am sorry ) some pupil in the sector think that they re lord (like British rulers) irrespective of graduation levels..they re making pupil to wait wait wait ... to show off their category ..!!
Very poor and non sense place. They think customers are beggars. Also they don't know their processes properly, each person tells one process or story.
I think private or other banks should find out the reason why people still going to SBI loan even after too harassment, then they can take entire SBI business with them. This revolution should happen.

Our housing loan a/c .[protected], availed at Dollars colony Branch. The loan has been cleared & a certificate has been taken by the branch. Now we want to take the original documents. Pl. let us know the time & date on which we can come & collect the documents

SBI — bad behaviour & not corporated very stubborn behaviour

Very stubborn,spoke very rudely without any sense, nobody responsible person in there bank branch.State Bank Of India , Civil Lines Branch Ludhiana Punjab.Branch Manager Name is Sudhir Sood & Bank Employee name is Mahesh plz take action . I Will very Thankful to you.
There are many rude officers in the SBI RACPC Bangalore branch. No one will tell you or guide you on the procedure.
Chief manager acting like a dump person.
These people never pick the call. That's the worst part. Any small info if i want to get I have to travel 15kms to the branch.
AGM, RACPC please wake up.
RACPC Banaswadi - the worst service you can get anywhere in the world. There is no exaggeration here. .
Have done banking with many banks including SBI SHF Branch Jayanagar. Went with SBI because of the good service standards by Jayanagar SHF and regret that decision.

They are plain inefficient, lethargic and not accountable for anything. You can't even get through to their telephone number without trying for 3-4 days. It just keeps ringing. Swatch Bharat should start by cleaning up these branches and make them accountable.
