[Resolved]  SBIcard — card surrendered still receiving bill message

I have surrenderd my card 3yrs ago but still receive mobile message for bill.

I also have similar complaint. They have not renewed my card for the past 1 year but still I am getting monthly statement by email and sms monthly. I am not able to open the statement as the password is 16 digit primary card which has lapsed and could not complain to sbi card helpline as it requires the card to be alive which is not the case. Whom should I complain? I do not have any balance payable.
