Sir,
I am anilkumar.k, residing at Bangalore had applied for a new ATM Card
as my old card was not working properly. I received my new card no
[protected] from the branch and i am un able to access my
account which is showing blocked. My account no is [protected]. SBT
Kasaragod.
Complaint was lodged on Dec 6th and received a reply from bank to authorize some one to collect the PIN.
I send my brother on 14 Dec and it was not handed over to him says my pin and atm card are found active.I tried to contact through land line but no
response,later I spoke to some one in the branch through my brother and they assured rectify with in 3 days.
After that I send many mails to the branch but no reply from them.....still i am unable to operate my account... Was this information helpful? |
Sbt — Reg not receiving the debited amount
Sir,I, . Sevakumar went to SBT ATM which is under the control of SBT, Thiruvattar to take a sum of amount 10,000. from my HDFC CARD with card number 436303xxxxxxxxx6 at time 21:22 on today (14/12/2011). I received a sum a amount 9,000 but from my account rs 10,000 is debited. Sir request...
