[Resolved]  scheme charges DSL — False Billing

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that an unknown call has been added to our billing details for the period of 17th Dec'08- 16th Jan'09. The following are the particulars of the same.

We would like to inform you that our landline connection[protected] is used for offical purpose and our office timing is 10am to 6 pm. The above mentioned call is not made by any of our staff as our office closes after 6 p.m. Therefore, we kindly request you to investigate the matter and deduct the amount Rs. 107.80 from our subsequent bill.
