i too agree with him because i receive the same problem and i reside in chromepet. though i have paid the amount for 4 months for the set top box nothing really happens and the phone numbers provided by the operators are incorrect or does not exist
I too have the same problem with these guys.Worst
MONALISA CABLE NET WORK is providing one of the worst services in ALWAR TIRUNAGAR AREA CHENNAI 600087.Phones are never lifted/answered very rudely if lifted.Personal representations end with recording alone every time.The staff behaviour is, rude and clumsy.Old persons are treated with contempt and disrespect.Will this change and better service be provided at the earliest?

Sub: No signal & Searching for Signal
i m having set top box of scv, W/11 E Valluvar Cirlce, 11th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Ch-40 it will be out of air stateing e52 searching for signal and while telecast also it will struck like dvd, ols any one can guide me whom i can compalint regarding this as local cable operator is irresponsible.I communicated to Cable TV operator several times But he has not responded then after. We have already paid Fee for the month of Dec 2010 and Jan 2011.
Kindly take action immediately.
