I have bought a 500 Gb Seagate hard disk of this company from Nehru place (name of the shop is Cost to Cost) in 26 Aug 2009 with 5 years warranty and in July 2010, I had a detection problem in hard then i gave it to Accelerontline services limited Nehru place Seagate authorized service center after taken 4 to 5 weeks they told me this is not from India purchase they said that you have go to cost to cost shop wherever u have bought this hard for this problem. when I had gone to cost to cost they keep my hard disk for 3 to 4 months after they said company return 50 % of the bill but they are not provide me credit note or delivery challan from Seagate today is 29 Feb, 2012 still I waiting for credit note/ delivery challan from but they are not give me response properly I don’t know what I will do. I don’t whose mistake is this but I have not solved my problem.
I just want my hard disk will repair and give it to me for future use.
I have been facing lots of trouble due to their indifferent and rude attitude and deeply hurted by the kind of pranks they are playing on me.
I Hope to get the due help from the consumer forum,

I purchase a SEGATE 500 GB hard disk of 5-year warranty in 2009
From Shop COST TO COST, NEHRU PLACE they provided me bill for same
After one year I got some issue and hard disk is not detected on my PC so
I went to SEGATE service center Nehru Place for repair because
Hard disk is in under warranty but after one month when I re-visited
Service center they told that this hard disk is branded and "Not VALID
INDIA DRIVE" and Suggested to go back to seller and ask to exchange it.
When I went back to COST-to-COST they checked hard disk and replied that when you purchased this disk that time company provided warranty but now this hard disk is not in warranty, this is cheating. even Seagate website is showing it is still in warranty. In any case they are not agree to take it back, exchange it or repair it.
