[Resolved]  seagate hard disk — Hard Disk size on the pack is 320gb but in properties is only 298 gb

I had bought today Seagate Hard external hard disk of 320 GB but on checking with the properties in the computer it is showing just 298 GB. With the complaint we went to shopkeeper but to our dismay he directed us to the customer care of seagate. who did not have a satisfactory answer. I am loosing 22 GB of space after paying Rs. 3150 for the same.Please help as it is a cheating on the part of the company.
