[Resolved]  Self Employed — Suman HR Recruitment

Dear Recruitment Team,

I m really dissatisfied by your organization from your Office Team and today dated: 06/03/10 at the St. Francis Technical Institute where you were conducting an interviews as well.
My below mail I had clearly shape that (Please consider my resume to call if its meet your requirements.) despite of knowing that you need candidates from engineering background you did not reply my mail for such information from your client nor you told me when you called up 3 times for confirmation for an interview.

As I told you earlier who called me, and its written in my resume as well that currently I m running my own store, and for this stupid organization I have lost my daily average amount, are you going to stand that amount which I had lost today by closing my store for an interview? Apart from this, I came at Borivali 12.15pm straight from Thane, as you informed me by text to my mobile number along with address for an interview which is (St. Francis Technical institute, Mount Poinsur, SVP Road, Near Bhagwati Hospital, Borivali West) along with Mobile number of Mr. Sai which is [protected], let me tell you something about your stupid organization which is not at all organized. 1st: if you are giving any number so it must be in active condition (Mr. Sai did not pick the call even for one single second). 2nd: if you are conducting an interviews or any occasion at any place other than you office/home so security officer must be informed or there must be any sign at the main gate or somewhere where stranger (candidates/guests) can see easily to reach you (No conductor was there), 3rd: St. Francis Technical Institute is really huge there is not only 1 building but indeed more than 5, and 4 agencies who were taking interviews including Suman HR in that compound (rest names undisclosed) nobody knew where Suman HR conducting interviews, 4th: you have not mentioned in your address a single line which is a (Near or TRADE CENTER), it’s like I m giving my residence address excluding my building number or wing, is this SUMAN HR?? is this your organization??

And after reaching there I found myself very pathetic among people who were fighting to be first for an interview by holding their resume in the air. Nobody knew what is happened and what will happen when I asked them regarding interview. And after all MAGAJMAARI when I found one of your staffs he said “he said’ sorry sir criteria does not match with employer need. You never ever imagine how much anger I was eating that time.

Will or could you give me written apology for inconvenience happened to me by Suman HR??

I m really amazed by you as a HR professionals I met such problems today, I can understand there are problems everywhere but if we look ONTO problem we cannot find solution, bcoz solution lying beside problem itself, that we need to recognized by ourselves and fix it there only.

If you would have told me regarding EMPLOYER NEED I wouldn’t find myself in jumble.

Particularly to whom who called me up: HENCEFORTH, PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY MESS WITH OTHERS, for me I m blessed Alhamdulillah, but I found people who were financially challenged and coming from very far even out of state you can say to get a chance to be selected for a desire job, can you visualize if it happened to them?
