I'm totally in agreement with you on the very pertinent issue you raised. Sellcraft, believably so, is infamous for employee harassment. I've recently had a horrible experience with the crooked and highly unethical management at SellCarft Softech Pvt Ltd located in Magarpatta City, Pune. One fine morning (almost at the end of last month) at work, I was told that my salary is kept on hold and I have to serve for unknown number of days to get the salary which I legally, morally and justifiably deserve to get in time. After all the rigmarole of consulting with the management, HR and relevant folks out there, I saw no light of hope. In the end I had to decide to quit Sellcraft. I have been unemployed since then and still waiting for my salary to be credited in my account. It seems like despite all the polite efforts I have made, SellCraft people are not gonna deter from their stand. I'm now thinking of going to the media houses to raise my complaint and bring this topic of severe employee harassment to the notice of as many people as I can. Let's form a group of watchdogs to nail these crooked guys down. I hope you'll do your best to spread the pain.

I have very very bad experience with Sellcraft Softech Pvt Ltd. I joined in TCS under the payroll of Sellcraft on NO 2011 and there my trouble starts. I worked in TCS for 4 months time and I have not received full salary any of these months. 5th of every month is the date of my salary but I get salary after 20th and I have to make 100s of call to these people everymonth to get my salary. Sometimes they will provide salary in installment also.
Mrs Fareedha fromSellcraft Chennai was the Lady who was the single point of contact for any communication with Sellcraft. when the TCS project is over after 3 months of my joining, Consultancy people has to contact the TCS HR to get me allocated in any other project but that never happened from Sellcraft. If I am unallocated in TCS for more than two months, TCS will release the contract employee. So my other colleques who were working as contract employees were allocated in other project since their consultancy poeple keep on contacting TCS HR to get them allocated. But this was not the thing which hurt me, when I lost project, Fareedha will never pickup my call and if I call from other number she herself says " Fareedha is on leave for one week because her uncle hospitalized." Since I had many times talked to her earlier I could recognize her voice and when my friend called in the same number for enquiry she told her that She is Fareedha. I really fed up with their behavior as well. When I called sellcraft HR manager, she directly says if there is no project, you can look for other job in any other company and she disconnected the line.

So Please guys...My humble advice ..Never choose Sellcraft... You will be in trouble!

yes also happened to my friend who left this sellcraft 11 months back and till now my settlement cheque nor my last month salary did not come... will make all false excuses

Hello friends, Let me tell you the story of sellcraft it's a proprietorship where Anuradha Mungee is the president of the company. She acts as if she is the president of the United States of America and all the employees working under are the slaves and will have to do what ever she wants.

Let me tell you the main business of sellcraft. Mungee has owned heavy properties in magarpatta including 3 to 4 office [sitting arrangement of more than 200 employees/office] and n number of flats all over pune. they are getting hefty money as rent. In order to save income tax they have opened a office where they can show loss and can get income tax rebate. for that they have kept a slave named Mr. Datta. He is working with the firm from 10 years though he is just a B.com passout he worked like a slave during 10 years. he helps them in saving taxes.

They are so mean that children of Mungee also left her. please find one article of one his sons below

The company is 30 years old and there are hardly more than 30 employees in it. Though Mungee has maintain some good relationship with their college friend's [1980's] which are now in good position in several companies, she has opened a consultancy through which she is are providing employees on contractual basis.

But frankly speaking experience working at kirana shop is far better then having an experience letter
of sellcraft though hardly they are giving experience letter to any one...

The employees serving 3 to 4 years begging in front of mungee for reliving letters.

I have much to say but let me know the response of what i have written ...

I am here by drawn your attention to one of the Fake company that is "Valid Page " that has been run from Ducat Institute, A-43, Sector -16, Noida-201303 . These people will answer all the verification calls for this company from their Noida institute . There is no such company exist . These people provide certificates from bogus companies are quite rampant. Not only are such fake certificates available for a meagre Rs 15, 000 to Rs 20, 000, these bogus companies even have people who answer calls and verify information during background checks.

There are almost most of the employees recruited in TCS in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (at Noida Office ) have been working on this fake company (Valid Page)experience . TCS needs to take an action against them asap otherwise it seems that TCS will be giving motivation to the Fake companies

Hi I worked with Sellcraft for for 6 months it big scam you never know when you will be thrown out of the company every day it pressure, its purely Baniya's company It was heading by a female called Kshama Gupta - (a Baniya) she will be sitting with top management and does lots of politics she was working for Future focus earlier because of her behavior Future Focus insisted her to drop her resignation (literally thrown out of the company) so she joined Sellcraft, very soon sellcraft (marathi owner) will fire her. BEWARE of this company they will not pay the salary properly, company is under loss, in 4 years they have fired nearly 700 resources, PF cant be withdrawn because they will deposit your PF amount. Beware beware...

Hello Santanu, Its Ankush Pandey. After read your mail I come to know from my brother in law that many big reputed MNCs may cancel your offer letter, its not that concern consultancy fault.Even microsoft, intel also done the same some times. So, on this basis you can not say its a [censored] company.
As per my knowledge, any company is said to be [censored] only when it will charge you for getting selected in their own premises.

Kindly note that you can not target a women's dignity and cannot comment based on whatever you feel like. I have very cordial relations with my previous organisations and such false allegations will take you no where.

I had worst exp with sellcraft softech pvt ltd that is in magarpatta city pune. pathetic work culture there .They dont retain the employess. This was the big mistake of my life to joined the sellcraft .Even they people did not give me the offer letter .I decided to quit the company .i dont want to waste my time and my effort there.They have some condition that you have to sign a bond in which there is a condition like if you will left the compny with in the bond period or they people will fire you then you have to give 6 month of CTC to company as a compensation.

tcs is nicee company but in sell craft is one of the worst consultancy they always spoiled tcs name one of the sellcraft hr name sony, She always pressure the employees to left the job when we ask any salary increment.

Sellcraft softech is very bad company. They don't care about employee. I was working there, it was very traditinal. Management team is just like devils. Guys please do not join this company ever. Also spread this message to your colleagues.
