[Resolved] Senthil Murugan Auto Parts — Late Fees Complaint
We are having more than 16 no. of sim at our office including our sister concern, for which we have received your bills only after the due dates for the last 4 months. If the bills are received within the stipulated time, we shall make payment within the time limit. But we have received your bills after the due dates and your people insisted to remit the payment with late fees. So the delay is on your part and we are not responsible fot the delay and hence we are not in a position to remit the late fees. This kind of practice is lead to mental torcher for us. Hence, we request you to kinly look into the matter and arrange to send the original bills for our connection within the time limit and help us to remit the bills in time. The demand for the late fees may be withdrawn. Our sim/cell Nos. are
