Your response continue to be very casual, and not touching the main issue.
You simply regretted for the inclusion of the wrong mobile number. If you could err in such an obvious matter, I am sure you will be committing much bigger errors on an All India basis, unknown to millions of your subscribers. Your stock reply `Computer says everything is Ok' is not acceptable to me in view ofthe following records.
In a bid to collect evidence you, I checked my balance 193819hrs on Jan.29 and your message onthe screen said it was Rs.40.01.
Immediately, I sent an SMS to[protected] at 194026hrs. Instantly here was a message on the screen from the Airtel saying I was charged 50 paise for this message, and my balance is Rs.39.51.
But when I sent the same message to the following mobile numbrs between 213804 hrs and 214433 hrs on Jan.28, you have charged me at the rate of one rupee each, reducing my balace from Rs.55.01 to Rs.46.51. The mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Your computer will continue to say there is nothing wrong. But please explain why I SHOULD PAY RS.8.50 FOR NINE SMS.
When I checked, I was told these are all local numbrs.
