[Resolved]  Service Tax — buyer is paying to build a, why not govt charge directly from buyer

Its known fact that builder is charging service tax from buyer n he claims,he deposits it to govt.-why
Govt doesnt get the service tax from builder,that was collected. For sure.isnt it.
Why the govt cant collect directly from buyer.why.if it does so.it will be into multi crores.
Why govt depends on builder for this.why.
Govt should clarify this.must clarify.
If not,it means,govt is helping builders. Rather than helping public,why govt supports real estate sector.why.
Govt never clarified openly abt builder or buyer will pay service tax-why,why,why.
