[Resolved]  Seventymm — Seventymm Sucks & CEO promised me refund and now he is not replying to mails

Hi,

I took three months membership of seventymm & they suck to the core. I wrote a mail to their CEO he suggested me to use services for a month, if still I am unhappy I'll be given refund of all 3 months.

As they suck to the core, so i asked for my refund! Sent a mail to CEO & till date no reply.

Disgusting staff & god knoes how they running their company!

I took three months membership of seventymm & they suck to the core. I call customer services, book 7-8 movies. no oe come to deliver movies. I am asking to refund money process but they are not given me an clue. I am planing to file a case againt Seventymm in consumer court.

Seventy mm is wrost service provider of DVDs specially in Bangalore.I have taken 3 month unlimited member ship .But still i did not any movie of my choice and they have given the DVDs all are not executable in DVD .
Player.Once they have taken money now they are not providing any kind of services.It is a pure fake and frude company. Pls. pls. don't take their services. When i asked them to return my money back they refused me to give the money back
I agree, I had requested for refund. In turn, received emails requesting not to terminate. However, upon persistence, I stopped getting any response to my emails!

Seventymm — Unorganised and poor service

Beware i[censored] plan to register for this service.We have been to US and were regular users of Netflix , after coming back we came across seventymm(biggest n most unfortunate moment) . Thinking it would be on the same lines we registered for abt 3 months service pack.

Coming to the point , ordering movies is a BIG PAIN . My service pack was so that i can recieve movies and deliver the ones with me at the same time.Bt these guys are so unorganised that after delivering the movies it would never be updated in the A/C due to which i cannot order the other set of movies.(Solution they gave- whenever i receive movies i need to call them to change the status and the order the other set)

Secondly everytime i order movies liek avtar and resident evil (high enders) i ll never receive them .They give stupid reasons like cds are damaged or u send the movie lying with u and then we can send.I really doubt they have these movies.The collection of movies is so downgraded that u r left with little choice of known movies and for that u need to wait months since they are never available.

I m feeling so horrid with these experiences tat i dont even knoe what do i complain more to these stupid people.

IF IN CASE SEVENTYMM happens to read forums (which they shud actually for a reality check ) please please improve ur damn system.

Seventymm — Very arrogant staff and useless service

Do not ever register service with Seventymm.
I had registered for the service with 3 month plan. I could see only 3 movies, Every movie i ordered was in a very bad state and more over if i complain their support staff is very arrogant.
I stopped using the service but then after few days i got a message saying Rs 599 is been deducted from my bank account. I got extremely annoyed with this and called the customer support. They are so arrogant that they straight away told they cannot refund me back. They also said something about auto debit option will do these if enabled.
Can i lodge complaint against them??
I experienced the same things... I have been cheated too.. Thought of filing a complaint against them...
Seventymm totally sucks. They claim of failed delivery attempts but nobody has called me to take delivery of the DVDs. The delivery attempts are FAKE. Tried there heldesk, they have been posting the same standard stupid reponse again and again, so I dont think anybody is even reading my complaints.

Want my refund !

MORE — arrogant staff

I had been to More stores in yelahanka and also in many places of bangalore and mysore. The staff is completely arrogant. they will not at all respond properly. If we take more food stuffs like veggies, fruits, toiletries, grains they will try to put everything in one cover. We ask them to sort everything separately they will start saying they cant give 2 covers or more if we purchase it for more than 500 rupee also...

they will talk very rudely

i stopped going there from so many years.

Seventymm — False Commitments

I've taken the movie rental service from Seventymm.com in 3rd week of june 2011.A sales girl from delhi named ritu called me & offered 6 months unlimited movie rental pack in 1000 rupees & committed a free pack of 6 dvds.But till now nothing has happened.Secondly whatever movie i order their customer care people says "that it is on circulation".This happened 4-5 times continuously.I contacted the same sales girl Ritu for the same then she said my problems will get solved in 2-3 days.But now its more than 15 days.When i asked Ritu the sales girl to refund my money then she said money will be refunded in 15 days time & asked me to contact customer care depratment.And when contacted them then customer care people said that money cannot be refunded & ritu has made a false commitment.When i contacted Ritu then she said customer care people are lying and money refund is possible.Then i again contacted customer care people & told everything then they logged my complaint and said i'll get a callback from the supervisor but no one called me.I did this thing 2-3 times but nothing has happened till now.
There is no coordination between sales & customer care department.I'm trapped by this company.I'm not getting proper response from the same.Kindly help me in getting my money(Rs.1000)from this fraud company.If required i can furnish the receipt which a guy gave me against Rs.1000 which i paid.

Seventymm / / Id:629379 — Refund

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the membership for 03 Months only for SeventyMM 4 months back under Mem Id:629379. firstly I faced lots of problem for ordering the movie and getting delivered on time. I called so many times to there call center for the same. They promised that I will get the complimentry gift pack of 3 DVD's till now I have not received it yet. But according to SeventyMM they have delivered the gift. I have sent couple of email and calls but no solution yet. So i have stopped availing their services.

Now what happen after 3 months they charged my credit card without informing me. I called immediately to seventymm that why did they charged my card. According to them when I became member of their company there was link of renewal of membership which i didn't disable. Honestly, I made the payment through my credit card myself and the company executive was over the phone with me who was guiding
me while making the payment online.

I told them I don't want to avail your frustrating service again and I have just order for moive 3 times only till now. I spoken to lot of people for my refund and sent so many mails. Till now no response..I am febup now making call and sending mail.

I request you please take serious action again them and help me to getting my refund.

In my opinion you yourself see to be shameless & a worthless person, despite my several followups concerning refund of the charges paid by me, I am only getting voice calls from your call center.
I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE MOVIE TILL DATE, & MY ACCOUNT IS ALREADY SHOWING 55 DAYS BALANCE FORM THE 90 DAYS OF SUBSCRIPTION.

Seventymm. — Defective rechargeable lamp

I had ordered one rechargeable electric lantern make warmex model no E-LA 99L through on line purchase. Free DVD worth Rs 999.00 was assured on purchase of the lamp. The lamp was received in a shabby packed condition without the DVD and also consignor address. . As instructed on one page instruction of the lamp, the lamp was charged for 24 hours. The lamp was switched on. The switch did not work. An online complain was forwarded . There was no response. After about five complains and a telephone call it was intimated that DVD is under collection and will be despatched shortly. A DVD with three movies claiming to be worth Rs 999.00 was received which as per my opinion was total fraud. The DVD is only for sales promotion and it was beyond my perception how a value of Rs 999.00 can be given when the item is not for sale in open market.
Further it was also assured that the defective lantern will be replaced with a tested one. Two weeks have passed and there is no response. Response on the phone is recorded voice instructing to dial various numbers to reach their sales department. On dialling there is no response for a complete 2 minutes. After two minutes a mechanical response of an executive comes with an assurance only. Response of the organisation is very poor.
As a customer, I have every right to get the item replaced.

Seventymm / Collected Rs 322 — collected full invoice amount without dispatching the items

order SMA0033615 OF www. Seventymm.com CONTAINED THREE ITEMS TOTAL INVOICE VALUE Rs 322 , But ,I have received only one item of SKU[protected] G.One Socks (8314) +Get a chance to meet Shahrukh Khan in my absent not in station last week at chennai courier boby collected whole invocie amount of Rs 322 instead of Rs 72.50 for one item ,courier boy Aramex no.[protected] of force to pay full invoice amount item Rs 322 its total cheat ( full invoice amount collect by the Aramex courier from my Mum I dont no why ? cool stuff enclosing whole invoice amount when they are not able to supply full item). After then went and checked the Aramex office at chennai they total amount was reflecting Rs 322 but they told to contact cool stuff to Retrieve the amount ,

Kindly conform rest of the shipment status before i escallate this issue are i will take action against Aramex for the Irresponsible act cheating consignee by force to pay full amount of Rs 322,
The delay is in all the branches of Seventymm, starting from their Head Office in Bangalore.

Mubin is the guy who convinced me to renew after my first year of membership. I wanted to cancel soon after I started due to the bad discs & bad customer services, bad automated IVR, bad website but I was forced to continue as they refused to refund any amount back if I cancelled. Then when the 1st year ended, I refused to renew membership, they started calling me everyday trying to convince me to renew. Mubin then called me and gave me his mobile number saying if I had any problem I could call him directly and he would personally ensure it was rectified. He did that for a few months (of course the bad service continued) and after some months stopped taking my calls & started disconnecting when I called.I again asked for cancellation & even emailed them several times, they said if I cancelled they would not give me any refund. So again I was forced to continue.

When the 2nd year ended, they called for renewal again & I said "No WAY" so they continued calling. They then made some Meena call me who claimed to be a supervisor. Meena - [protected].

She sweet talked me all sorry & promises & also mentioned she knew & understood my mistrust but promised me she would ensure I wouldnt have further issues & also said she would offer me special scheme of 1500rs for this 3rd year. I believed her & since I had spent more than 2400rs for each year, I thought she really wanted to assist me. She also offered more free gifts than they normally allowed. She ensured she would personally solve any problems I had in future. So I agreed & paid 1500rs in cash on 5th Nov 2011. She promised all my free gifts would arrive within 10 working days. After that period had passed with no news from her, or even confirmation that my account was active, It took me several phone calls after which I received part gift in December. The 2 Encyclopedias I received were old, used & the cover of 1 was broken.

Again I kept calling & calling, by now she started disconnecting my calls, so finally I called Bangalore number & some 'supervisor' apologised & promised the part gift that was damaged would be replaced within 4 working days. And the remaining gifts would be sent within 2 weeks when they had stocks. Neither happened.

Out of every 5 discs they send, only 1 actually works. The rest are damaged. They even sometimes send the wrong DVD. For all this, I have to keep calling again & again, to complain. Every time I complain, they say sorry, regret inconvenience etc etc & promise it won't happen again. Finally about 2weeks ago, I had enough & asked them to cancel my account. I also found their page on Facebook where I started writing my complaints. About 10 days ago, someone called & apologised & made false promises again. I told him they always promise but don't deliver, so either provide good service or if you are not capable of that, then cancel my account.

The next minute I check the FB page and they have written to me saying they are cancelling my account. When I replied exactly we had spoken & this meant they are not capable of good service, they kept deleting my comments. And I kept putting them up again. Finally they called to say to either continue with them, if not they would not give me full refund anyway.

The whole company is a fraud organisation. They only give attention until they have received our money, after that they take you for granted.

Seventymm should be blacklisted!! They are shameless and corrupt, disgraceful rats!!

Seventymm — Product not shipped not full money refunded

I had ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Jan 2012 but inspite of reminders have received neither the shoes nor full refund. The product is still displayed on their site so I do not know how many other people too are being duped by this site which seems just interested in taking payment and sleeping.

i bought a toaster from this comany .i recievd a broken piece. i complaind them immiditely.in few days noone came to pickup for replacement as they said many times after calling few times finally they said they dont have pick up service in gujarat.so send it via courier and they wil refund money back now i called them every week atleast few times they not returning my money neither refund me for toaster.on phone always promise in three days i wil get check but never get get check for more then month and half NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW?
