[Resolved]  Seventymm (Cool Stuff Retail Pvt. Ltd.) — Ordered 5 items, received 3, waiting for 4th item and not sure when I will receive refund of 5th item

I have ordered some materials (t shirts) through Seventymm on 28th Sep, 2011. Till now I have not received the items. The customer care executives are keeping on changing the dates. Initially I had placed the order on Cash On delivery option. Later I was told that the material is readily available and so change the payment mode. So I made the payment through Credit card. After receiving the payment they started giving excuses, and told that the material is out of stock and I have to wait for some time. Every time I call they ask for 6 days for the delivery. Now almost 20 days have passed, but nothing has happened.Seems like a fraud company to loot the public money. The customer executives are so urrogant they they don't give proper replies to the calls.

Seventymm service is hopeless.I purchased 1 Doraemon clock +free doraemon fan .After long wait i got my order by COOLSTUFF SERVICES but clock in broken condition and free stuff Fan missing..
On my complaint courier person came for pickup but without any invoice or verification voucher.I hope that it will b back otherwise it will be the first and last purchase of mine with a good lesson.They don't have any contact with emails and phone service a long journey to mars..

Very Irresponsible very unreliable service seventymm is.I am waiting for my replacement order for a limited time otherwise i will sue for that.They can't befooled the customer in their own terms.

I HAVE SENT RS 5424 THROUGH HDFC CHEQUE FROM MADHYAMGRAM BRANCH KOLKATA 700129 TO HDFC BANK GANDHI BAZAR BRANCH BANGLORE TO PURCHASE A NET BOOK ON 29 OCTOBER IN NAME OF SAMEER . TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DUE ITEM . I THINK THIS IS A FRAUD BUSINESS. NAME RADAHSREE PATHAK BANERJEE, MADHYAM GRAM KOLKATA 700129 WEST BENGAL

It's a hopeless website. They keep sending compensatory DVDs! the actual product shows on the website but never available. They don't know how to track. They never get back with the status. They don't know what promises to make, most of the times unsure. Poor customer service. I had to wait for 2 months to get my 2 products delievered. And vowed to never visit the website again.

Seventymm Fantastic Service, I already had Purchase More than 15 product and i am very happy with the Services, and also recently bought apple ipad 2 and i got the delivery with in 3 days where the company promised me for 10 days, and i got many gift from Seventymm.com as i m regular user of the company,

Seventymm is a hoax. I ordered Sunglasses online. They shipped out wrongly. I returned this wrong unit at my cost (as per their policy) but got wrong item again. I complained again. After 10 days, the jokers are telling me that I have not responded within stipulated time. I ordered something for a value, got a wrong shipment for no fault of mine, returned the wrong item spending 35% of purchase cost, got a wrong item again and after repeat complaint, got a response that I have got.

I have no inclination of spending another 35% cost for second return. I have explained this to them and asked them to pick up at their cost and send replacement. It seems they do not want to replace the wrong item - they just know how to fool customers.

I did not check online reviews before committing a purchase. My sincere request to all future customers of Seventymm - Please do not buy anything, even if it is FREE.
