we have insured our vehicle(verna car)frm your company(united india insurance) dated 10-10-09 & cover no 640743.our car met with the accident on last sunday & we sent our car to the sewakunj hyundai for repair on last monday to avail the cashless facility provided by you bcoz we purchased the car frm them.
our car is readyfor delivery after repair on monday[protected]but they didn`t released our car due to some insurance company obstacles.we contact them on tuesday they harassed us very badly.then we contact them on wednesday &offer them the whole amt & release the car,even insurance co.agents at khanna didn`t respond to release our car.plz do the necessary action.
