[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — Cheating and zero service

Hi,

I found Shaadi.com completely useless, They are cheating people. I had taken membership for personalised service. Wherein i was told that they (Shaadi centre) will have profiles apart from the ones on the website (Shaadi.com) which will be genuine, as people will come directly to them and register. But after taking up the service, all the profiles sent to me were from website. All my requirement details were taken incorrectly and i was given profiles which were completly a mismatch like education, age, caste. All the wrong profiles sent to me were also counted on the number of profiles i will be getting for the package taken. After i raised a concerned with the branch manager, area manager and regional manager through several emails. i was told the problem will be solved. But till date nothing has happened, I have come to the end of package duration. Its a complete scam. They even dont know how to catagorise the caste of South Indian culture. Its really difficult to even search for profiles by yourself. I have found another matrimonial website a lot useful, because i could raise compaints and it was resolved within a day and there is no miss selling.
