[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — highly unprofessional crooks

Shaadi.com has proven themselves to be thieves and crooks. I posted my profile and paid my dues and then contacted another person who was also profiled. This person accepted my invitation but kept postponing when it came to chatting. Hence I told the inidividual that either some time has to be allocated for this or we should stop considering each other for marriage. This person blew up! For some reason this generated anger and started throwing abuse. Then I was declined, so that I could not respond, but soon after I was accepted again, just to add more abuse and quickly declined again so that I cannot respond. When I reported this practice, Shaadi.com said they will look into it, but I wanted my money back because I was hardly a member for 3 days and Shaadi.com did not have a method by which I can block the other person from continuing to throw abuse but the other person can freely "accept", throw abuse, and then "decline" whenever they wanted. This is an error on the part of the service provider, and yet they wouldn't give my money back for completely deleting my profile - I had no intention o[censored]sing this service after the very first experience, which lasted 3 days only. They refused.

All they care about is getting money from customers and running away with it. Highly unprofessional business people - typical of Indian companies.
