We have take the premium service from Shaadi.com in 2009. They take complete amount in advance from the customer. Shruti Kalra employee sitting at defence colony branch doesnt even know how to behave with the clients. I have reported this matter to there customer care also but no response from them. I agree that Shaadi.com is a big scam and I had doubts that several of the profiles who accepted my interest never revealed anything about themselves and slowly faded away by deleting their accounts/ email addresses and phone numbers
