[Resolved] Shantesha Motors Belgaum / Sx4 — Dealer not rectifying AC problem.
I bought the much acclaimed and hyped SX4 ZXI in Nov 2007. My car is still in warranty period of 2 years. The AC stopped working suddenly. When I went to Shantesha Motors Tilakwadi Belgaum, they got the problem repaired saying that there was a Gas Leak and took Rs. 700/- for refilling gas and attending to the case! The AC stopped working again in just 2 days. Once again I have left the car for repairs.
I do not understand why I should get the car with a problem to the service station when it is not even 2 years old. Afterall you dont spend money on a luxury car for nothing. This is the worst experience I am undergoing. Maruti Udyog need to rectify there customer service policies and extend more genuine cooperation in interest of customers.
I expect the dealer to replace the AC kit with new one if the old one has so many leaks and problems.
Waiting for a response from Maruti on this.
Once my patience runs out, I would do my level best to decampaign the company and the dealer.
