Sir, My cosumer no. is 12127. My distributer id no. is 180127 shanti indane at palam.I had booked gas almost 22 days before and i had reminded 3 times but they arenot listening atall . still i havenot received gas till date.At present i am verymuch in trouble as i have no gas to cook the food. My cosumer no. is 3672. My cylinder distributer Shanti indane at palam.I had booked gas on 29 or 30th june 2011. A message comes on 02nd july that ur refil booking no. is 10938 and cash memo 262 generated.But on 04th july 2011 a messaged came that ur cylinder has been delivered ag. cash memo no 262 at ur home. But still the cylinder has not reached.I contact the agency office Sadh Nagar, Palam daily. They took phone and said that today we sending cylinder. Daily same commitment but cylinder doesn;t reached at all.At present i am verymuch in trouble as i have no gas to cook the food.So i request you to do the needful please
