[Resolved]  Sharda Exports — Service problem

Dear Sir/ Mam,

This complaint is with regard to the servicing of data card. I have purchased a Reliance data card few days back & after running for only one single day it created the problem it was not getting detected through USB. We have then sent it to the local service center (Huawai) in Meerut (UP)-INDIA. They took 7 days to get it repaired & now the person who has took the card from the service center is not giving the card to us. This is the same person from whom we have purchased the card. The datacard no is [protected] in the name of Ashish Gupta (Director Sharda Exports Rithani Meerut -UP). The person having the card name is Mr jitender (Mob:[protected]. Pls help
