[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Opening of Free Demat Account

Hi,

I requested for opening a free demat account on friday, last date of which is 31st jul'08
however, i don't know why they are not sending an executive to collect documents from me. They have taken my address, but not sending any executive.
probably, they're intentionally delaying the process, so that they can charge the account opening charges after 31st july..
This is really strange.. how bad

Service — Want to Change Dmat E Mail ID

I want to change my e mail id by [protected]@yahoomail.com to [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please do it as soon as possible so i can use my dmat accout properly.

Sharekhan — No response

Really i have never experienced this kind of poor service ever. What ever complaint you write to them , with in a few minutes acknowledge mail will come but even after months you wont get any response from sharekhan.

Sharekhan — not received membership password

Dear Sir,

I had droped the email last week throgh sharekhan web side regarding forget the membership passward but still we have not received response from the comany as per the rule company should reply back to the consumer with in 1 hr, on his registred email id.
please take nessasary steps as we are unable to operate our account

You need to make a call at this no[protected] and ask for new password they people will let you know that how did you genrate your password at your end.
