Whom So ever it may concern
Dear All,
In reference to above mentioned subject Myself Kuldeep Jaiman have applied in Shastri Nagar Gas Service code no. 123671 address is 104 Ram Nagar Shopping Centre Shastri Nagar Jaipur ph. no. is[protected] &[protected]
After all verfication & deposit of all documents& required fees of rs. 3810/- on 17th April 2010 agency give me receipt on simple paper with agency stamp & employee signature.At the time of deposit of fees they collected charges for gas stove which I don't need but they said this is must & without this gas connection is not possible.Due to urgency I deposit the amount.
They ask to to collect connection papers & cylender & regulator on 24th April 2010
Now I have visited to agency office three time they are informing that due to unavilability of printed stationery from indian oil they are unable to issue connection.
Today on 4th May they are asking same problem.
Pl help to get gas connection as I have already suffered a lot.
