[Resolved]  Sheeba Interiors — Refund against cancellation

This is regarding tickets for journey to Mt Abu booked on 22.7.2006. I was to travel on 9.8.2006 but the train got cancelled due to the floods in Rajasthan and Gujarat. I was charged an amount of Rs. 3166 .The very next day we had cancelled the tickets as per IRCTC rules and this cancellation process was carried out on the net. I had written to the authorities previously regarding a refund and kept sending them constant reminders but to no avail.
