I dont know they read the complaint ... The next day, eventhough it was Sunday, cylinder was delivered.

Sheela Agency — Gas Booking problem
For gas booking, when I call up Sheela Agency in J P Nagar 3rd Phase, Bangalore, Ph:[protected], they do not pick up. Only after large number of repeated calls, I become successful. This has been going on for months.- Debanjan Ray

Sheela Agency — Cooking gas
When we called for filled cylinder, it was told that they cannot supply the cylinder till the inspection of stove is over. So far no intimation has been recd. from the company for an inspection of stove. They had given a number and when we called in the no. the person(Mr.Sakthivel) had told that he will come one day to inspect.I would like to know whether the govt. has made the ruling to carry out these inspections and if it is so, the company should give an information by post with all relevant info of the person who is authorised to do this. It becomes difficult to identify a stranger without any prior informations from the company.
I completely agree with the above comment. I have been struggling with this agency for last 6 yrs now. Given an option i would definitely change the agency. They dont respond to any phone calls or queries.
Thats very true, they are very arrogant and irresponsible towards customers. often the delivery guys play around saying the house is locked etc and thereby delaying delivery and moreover the delivery guys demand excess money as tips not less than 20 rupees. Customers are needed to beg for the gas supplies even after paying more than the market price. somebody needs to do something against this.

I booked for gas cylinderrefilling on 14th July 2014 to Sheela Agency. Till date, 4th August it is not delivered. I had booked through online dated on 14th July, 2014 and 23 rd july I gotthe message as booking cancelled with cash memo. Again I had booked on 23rd and 4th August I gotthe message as Booking cancelled. This type of practice Iam facing several times. I called so many times to sheela Agency, there is no response from them.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Request concerned agencies to take care of these un ethical activities in Sheela Agencies.

Worst experience with Sheela Gas Agency.
Gas was not flowing from newly opened cylinder to stove. Lodged a complaint at[protected] who sent a staff and he found faulty cylinder. He had ordered for a replacement with the distributor which didn't happen. I registered a complaint with the distributor and their staff too reported the same and requested to be replaced but the cylinder is not replaced till today (after 48 hrs) and the owner of Sheela Agency is talking rude and teaching me the basics of what LPG is and how the gas flows etc., He also informed that their staff has not reported anything about my complaint and he cannot do anything about it. He insisted that I bring the cylinder and regulator upon which he will check and try to help. I would immediately take this up with consumer court for deficiency of services and rude behaviour., When I said I am injured and handicapped now, he said even he was and advised me to have people around to help get the cylinder to their office.
I will also change the distributor sooner because the facility is nowadays easy.

Sheela Agency — charged for repairing faulty gas cylinder
I HAD BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER AND RECEIVED IT ON DATE .AFTER ONE MONTH WHEN I OPENED IT FOR USE I FOUND THE GAS WAS LEAKING SO I CALLED THE DEALER AND HE CHARGED RS.40 TO REPAIR IT.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I AM RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR A DAMAGED CYLINDER, WHICH I RECEIVED FROM THE DEALER.
